Faria Yousuf is a seasoned leader in quality engineering and regulatory compliance with extensive experience in the medical and military sectors. Her background includes new product launches, project management, and Six Sigma methodologies, along with the implementation of quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and AS9100.

She has led complex quality assurance processes, regulatory interactions, and CAPA management, helping products and operations meet demanding internal and external requirements.

She currently serves as Senior Manager of Quality and Regulatory Compliance at Inventus Power, where she oversees global quality systems and facilitates FDA inspections for Class III medical devices. She has also held key quality roles at Honeywell and Continental Automotive, and holds an MBA together with certifications in regulatory affairs and quality engineering.
