Information is handled with reasonable technical and administrative safeguards. SolsQualitas seeks to limit access to authorized personnel and to retain information only for the period necessary for service delivery, support, and document validation.

Sharing

SolsQualitas does not sell personal data. Information may be shared when necessary for document generation, storage, or validation, with technology providers supporting the platform, or where required by applicable law in Mexico or the United States.
